1. What we offer
Lingua Bridge provides live online English and French classes for adults, teens, and children. Classes are held in small groups (minimum 4, maximum 8 students) or as private 1-on-1 sessions, exclusively via Zoom.
2. Group-course membership
Group courses are sold as a 6-week block. By booking, you commit to the full block and agree to pay the full module price in advance.
The block includes two live sessions per week, each lasting 60 minutes. Every paid membership also includes one free monthly Conversation Club session.
3. Missed classes and refunds
If a student cannot attend a scheduled group session, the missed lesson is not refundable and cannot be rescheduled or converted into a private lesson. Your payment reserves your place in the group for the full 6-week block.
If the teacher cancels a session, it will be rescheduled or a credit will be issued toward the next block.
4. Private lessons
Private lessons are booked and paid per session. They can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are charged in full.
5. Payments
Payment details are confirmed by email or WhatsApp after booking. The full module fee must be received before the first group session. Private lessons must be paid before the session starts.
6. Conduct and attendance
Students are expected to join on time, use a stable internet connection, and behave respectfully. The teacher may remove a student from a session or the block for repeated disruptive behaviour, without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All teaching materials are for personal use only. You may not record, share, resell, or redistribute class content without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Lingua Bridge is not liable for technical issues on the student's side (internet, device, microphone) or for force majeure events that prevent a session from running.
9. Privacy
Contact details are used only to organise classes and communicate about bookings. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking applies to your course.
